Welcome to Kingdom Seed Publishing. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kingdomseedpublishing.com and any related pages, content, forms, and downloads (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Kingdom Seed Publishing (“Kingdom Seed Publishing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, book titles and covers, illustrations, designs, and the “Kingdom Seed Publishing” name and branding — is the property of Kingdom Seed Publishing or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our prior written permission.
From time to time we offer free downloadable materials, such as printable puzzle packs, declaration cards, and other resources (the “Downloads”). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the Downloads for your own personal, family, classroom, or ministry use.
You may not sell, license, sub-license, redistribute commercially, or claim authorship of the Downloads, or remove any copyright or attribution notices. The Downloads remain the intellectual property of Kingdom Seed Publishing. We may modify or discontinue any Download at any time.
We do not sell books directly through the Site. Links to purchase our books direct you to third-party retailers, such as Amazon. Any purchase you make is a transaction solely between you and that retailer and is governed by the retailer’s own terms, policies, pricing, and return rules. We are not responsible for the products, fulfillment, payment processing, or customer service of any third-party retailer.
We currently do not earn affiliate commissions from links on the Site. If this changes — for example, if we join an affiliate program such as the Amazon Associates Program — we may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you, when you purchase through certain links on the Site, and we will disclose this in accordance with applicable law and advertising guidelines.
If you sign up for our newsletter or request a Download, you agree that we may send you the requested materials and related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Your use of any sign-up form must provide accurate information and must be your own email address (or one you are authorized to use).
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not own or control, including retailers and social media platforms. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site and all content and Downloads are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.
Our books and resources are intended to provide faith-based, devotional, and educational encouragement for children and families. They are not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, or pastoral advice, and we make no guarantee of any particular result or outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Seed Publishing and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, content, or Downloads — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Seed Publishing and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Site is intended for use by adults — parents, guardians, educators, and gift-givers. It is not directed to children, and children should not submit personal information through the Site. If you permit a minor to use the Site, you are responsible for their use and for supervising their activity. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle children’s information.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information, including our use of cookies, analytics, and advertising. By using the Site, you consent to those practices as described.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@kingdomseedpublishing.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kingdom Seed Publishing regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
